Job Description:
We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Human Resources professional to join our client’s team. This part-time role is crucial for managing HR documentation, conducting staff inductions, addressing employee queries, and handling disciplinary processes when necessary. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and hardworking individual who can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all documentation related to Human Resources.
* Conduct staff inductions, including ‘Right to Work’ checks.
* Ensure completion of health & safety inductions.
* Manage holidays, absences, and return-to-work interviews.
* Address employee complaints and queries.
* Conduct disciplinary meetings and take detailed, accurate minutes.
* Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English Language and Mathematics.
* At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
* HR CIPD or similar qualification.
* Proven people skills with the ability to gain employees' trust and respect.
* Ability to build internal relationships with a diverse team of colleagues.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain objective under all circumstances.

* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
