Role Overview As the Social Media Manager, you will be the voice and face of our brand across various social media platforms, from Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. You’ll be responsible for creating and curating compelling content, managing our social channels, and engaging with our community to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and ultimately support sales and growth. Key Responsibilities Content Creation : Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand’s tone, voice, and aesthetic across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. This includes photos, videos, and written content. Community Management : Develop a vibrant, engaged community by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions. Build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key partners in the fashion industry. Campaign Development : Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, seasonal collections, collaborations, and brand initiatives. Analyse campaign performance and optimise for better results. Analytics and Reporting : Track, measure, and analyse social media performance (engagement rates, reach, follower growth, etc.). Provide regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations to improve strategy. Brand Awareness & Growth : Drive initiatives to grow followers, increase brand awareness, and engage with key audiences. Identify trends in the fashion industry and leverage them for content ideas. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including influencer marketing, email campaigns, and promotions. Stay Updated on Trends : Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and influencer culture. Bring fresh ideas to the table to keep the brand’s content exciting and innovative. Key Skills and Experience Proven Experience : At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or a related industry. Creative Content Creation : Strong ability to create visually compelling and engaging content that resonates with a fashion-conscious audience. Experience with iPhone photography, videography, or design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Someone who is confident to speak and be in front of camera, as well as behind it. Social Media Savvy : In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and influencer marketing. Analytical Mindset : Ability to track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics. Proficient in using social media analytics tools. Excellent Communication : Strong writing and editing skills. Ability to communicate the brand’s voice and values clearly and authentically across all platforms. Trend Awareness : A keen eye for the latest fashion and social media trends, with a deep understanding of how to make the most of them for brand growth. Organised & Detail-Oriented : Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate about Fashion : A genuine passion for fashion and an understanding of its cultural relevance in today’s social media landscape. Nice to Have Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads). Familiarity with Shopify. Experience working with influencers, agencies and creating partnerships.
