At ASOS our Heads of Finance are key business leaders, working with Exec members and their teams to deliver in year and future performance. In Commercial Finance we are not a ‘back shop’ support function, we work with the business to identify and focus on the things that will make the biggest difference to our performance.
Commercial Finance is made up of 4 key functions...
1. Proposition team (Sales, Customer Marketing)
2. Product (Stock, Margin, new revenue streams)
3. Operations (Supply and Customer Care)
4. Central Team - responsible for...
1. key process budget, forecasting, month end (a key standard setter and coordinator of the the team and business stakeholders)
2. transforming the ways of working (numerous opportunities to improve processes, automate and stop
3. key business projects - this team will help accelerate key business priorities
By having all these areas together, in Commercial Finance, we work to ensure all decisions lead to end to end value.
This is a leadership role, and part of the role is to regularly develop your team and function to deliver their own personal ambitions as well as the ambitions for the business. You will also be supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
