Role: Third Party Risk Manager

Overview:
Fantastic opportunity with a flagship global retail banking organisation to play a key role in overseeing and managing the risks associated with third-party relationships to ensure services are resilient, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards ensuring risks are managed within appetite.
As a Third Party Risk Manager;
Role:-third-party risk management;
1. Lead a team of risk professionals, collaborate with various departments, and serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on third-party risk issues
2. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive third-party risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and tools for assessing and monitoring third-party risks.
3. Ensure that vendors and partners adhere to the organisation's risk management policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
4. Assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and termination
Experience:
5. Experience in risk management, with a focus on third-party risk management within a large blue-chip
6. Experience in risk management methodologies and tools to identify, assess, and manage resilience risks effectively.
7. Demonstrate understanding of third-party risk frameworks, including experience in evaluating vendor risks and controls.
8. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry relevant to third-party risk such as ISO 22301
