We are looking for a Creative Campaign Manager to join our Brand and Creative team. They will be responsible for helping to develop and deliver creative content and campaigns across the Halfords Group across advertising, digital, in-store, social and own brand. Working collaboratively and cross-functionally with channel, digital and central marketing teams to ensure all creative is on brand, best-in-class, optimised and consistent.
Working with multiple agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure all creative delivers against customer, brand and commercial objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Ensuring that all creative is developed with the customer in mind to ensure we are communicating our messages in a clear, consistent and compelling way to influence customer perceptions and action.
To champion and protect our brand ensuring all creative is consistent across all customer touchpoints and always reflects our vision, our brand values and that creative is in line with our guidelines and tone of voice.
Working closely with Planning Team, Marketing Teams, Creative and Content Manager, Channel Teams to implement campaigns across a channel mix of paid, earned and owned - to include but not limited to Radio, Partnerships, Sponsorships, Display, Social, OOH, in-store and online.
Lead the integration of all creative where relevant including digital, email, instore and advertising.
Support the Senior Brand and Creative Manager and Creative and Content Manager in managing relationships with creative agencies and internal teams to ensure best outputs and best value is delivered.
Manage key campaigns through ad tracking working closely with customer insight team to ensure key campaigns are represented. Take learnings from any insight to feed into future creative development.
Use robust processes for the management of campaigns including feedback, sign off, delivery and budget management.
Work closely with cross functional teams and media agencies/owners where relevant to ensure that all campaigns are evaluated to inform future activity.
Manage and report all expenditure within the marketing budget.
Manage communication with key stakeholders across the business, at all levels, to have strong and effective relationships.
Key Skills & Experience
1. Strong creative flair is a must for this role.
2. Thorough understanding of creative processes, having worked in or closely with creative teams in previous roles
3. Ability to form a strong creative opinion and communicate this with reasoning to key stakeholders and agency partners. Comfortable making decisions regarding direction of creative ideas, concepts and development of work, with the support of your team.
4. Experience leading traditional and digital advertising campaigns are essential.
5. Obsessive attention to detail and takes responsibility for the accuracy of their work.
6. Confident individual with excellent creative, communication, and copywriting skills.
7. Passion for customer and constantly curious, obsessed with delivering the right message at the right time and with the right content.
8. Excellent organisational skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time.
9. Strong stakeholder management skills across internal stakeholders and agency partners.
10. Productive team leader, collaborating effectively with all teams and at all levels of the organisation, who can influence across the group.

13. Agency experience and/or retail experience is essential.
