As a pivotal member of the team, you will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team, bringing strong commercial awareness and industry expertise to the role both in the UK and internationally. If you have proven experience overseeing public realm and landscape projects, ensuring excellence across all project stages, and contributing to the business development of a practice, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Create and lead new business opportunities, contributing to the practices’ strategic expansion and growth Play an active role in the senior management group, providing insights on the practice’s performance, strategic initiatives, and future plans Represent and promote the practice by attending industry events Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders ensuring seamless communication and collaboration Collaborate with the FD to maintain accurate financial oversight and reporting on projects Ensure the delivery of top-quality project designs across all RIBA stages Guide and support the design team, efficiently managing a diverse project portfolio to achieve both profitability and operational success while fostering mentorship and growth Develop innovative design solutions and adopt a strategic perspective to drive business growth and development Oversee and manage projects through concept, design development and tender and construction documentations Key Skills/Requirements: 8 years’ of experience delivering landscape and/or architectural projects A qualification in architecture, landscape architecture or a related degree Extensive experience working on public realm and landscaping projects both in the UK and internationally Strong design expertise, technical proficiency and a track record of delivering high-quality work Solid understanding of UK building regulations and planning would be beneficial for the role Exceptional communication abilities combined with proven leadership skills Demonstrated experience in managing projects and effectively planning resources Understanding of Revit and AutoCAD is advantageous but not essential for the role To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
