Responsibilities Overview: Supplier Management: Conduct supplier audits and reviews to ensure alignment with company goals and cost-effectiveness. Manage telecommunications contracts, supplier performance, and rebate agreements. Maintain supplier information and foster positive relations. Supply, Demand, and Stock Management: Forecast demand using sales data and manage stock levels to meet demand. Oversee inventory management, conduct audits, and implement sustainable practices. Ensure suppliers meet ethical and environmental standards. Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate logistics and manage third-party providers to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor performance and develop contingency plans for supply disruptions. Process Improvement and Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with IT to integrate systems and report on improvements. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Warehouse and Procurement teams, conducting performance reviews.
