We win as a team and we celebrate as a team (Sounds cheesy, but it’s true) The day to day: Let’s be honest, no day is ever the same But typically you’ll work closely with the Recruitment Lead to understand a client brief and then use that understanding to identify candidates that align. Using LinkedIn / Network, job boards and our own, well stocked CRM, you’ll speak to candidates to understand what their drivers, wants and needs are, as well as their professional capability for the role. Building relationships is key, and as you do so, you’ll further build your market knowledge adding to our credibility in the space You’ll be fully supported with onboarding, training and finding your feet (as required) and as soon as possible, you’ll be supporting the wider team with candidate engagement and client engagement. About you: Honestly, a good attitude and desire to win is what we really want Experience in recruitment or within a client facing role (B2B sales, Account Management, Client Relationships etc), would be desirable.
