Job Description
To be successful in the Field Care Supervisor / Client Services Manager role, you will:
1. Have previous care experience with excellent customer service and man management or supervisory skills.
2. Be commercially aware
3. Have influencing capabilities
4. Be able to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets
5. Have the ability to build good working relationships.
6. Have strong organisation and planning skills
7. Be able to work well and accurately under pressure
8. Be flexible to meet the demands of the business including participating in an on-call rota
Qualifications
Due to the need to support the On-Call function, which may require you to support team members out in the field in emergency situations, and also the requirement to travel throughout the community to conduct new client assessments, you should have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
You will be an experienced supervisor within the care sector, preferably home care, however not essential.

Pay: £27,000.00 - £32,000.00 per year
