Operations Manager / Project Manager Cookstown £50K We are looking to speak with an Operations Manager / Project Managerfrom a Construction / Timber Frame / Manufacturing background. Day to day: Create Master Production Schedule. Producing Construction Phase Plans. Overseeing production plans in line with factory line capacities and sales forecast. Oversee production meetings, Client meetings and Team meetings. Analyse and identify risks associated with the options built into the master production. Monitor and report on daily production outputs. Sourcing and obtaining quotations for specialist materials where required. Ensuring all project documents are prepared and ready for starting on site. Identifying any variations to the scope of works. Dealing with day-to-day queries from the site team. Project hand-over, producing hand-over packs for clients. Essential Criteria: Previous experience as an Operations Manager / Project Manager. 5 years experience within a similar role. Project Management and Manufacturing Management. Technical and practical knowledge of the Building / Timber Frame Industry. Proficient with AutoCAD and a complete understanding of architectural drawings.
