Job Title: Service Desk Manager
Location: Bristol (2/3 days onsite)
Salary: £60,000
Peaple Talent have partnered with an established organisation looking for a Service Desk Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the field and desk based Service Desk teams.
The Role:
* Lead and manage the team to support all IT Support Service aspects
* Monitor the quality of Service Desk interactions to ensure effective performance management and customer satisfaction
* Analyse processes, find alternative solutions and recommend new methods. Help set requirements for process changes
The Candidate:
* Significant experience managing a Global Service Desk team.
* Knowledge and experience of ITIL
* Strong analysis and reporting skills
The Package:
* Base salary: £60,000
* 25 days annual leave

* Onsite parking
