Commercial Lettings
This role demands professionalism, proactivity, and attention to detail to manage tenant enquiries, ensure smooth transitions, and maintain high standards across all properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Enquiry Management
* Be the first point of contact for enquiries via agents, website leads, or walk-ins.
* Provide exceptional service by showcasing in-depth knowledge of Masterlord’s offerings and upselling unique features.
* Respond promptly to all enquiries, including out-of-hours, to accommodate prospective tenants' schedules.
Tenant Acquisition & Retention
* Follow up with prospects to convert leads into signed leases.
* Collaborate with agents to ensure no opportunities are missed.
* Manage property leases, including rent reviews and renewals.
Documentation & Compliance
* Prepare template leases and licences for signing.
* Organise and file all required documentation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenancy records.
Key Skills & Attributes:
* Highly organised and detail-oriented.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and email systems.
* Personable, proactive, and customer-focused.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Marketing:
* Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts.
* Help with market research and competitor analysis.
* Maintain and update marketing materials and databases.
* Collaborate with the team on new ideas for campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
* Experience in lettings, property management, or a related field ideal but not essential
* Team player with a collaborative approach.
* A can do attitude in helping the rest of the small team
* Good knowledge of social media.

Looking for a candiate who is happy to be be office based Monday to Friday (4-5 fixed hours per day) and also answer their phone to prospective tenants whilst not in the office
