Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our client, a leading Air Traffic Management company based in Bordon. As a key member of the team, you will work on exciting projects globally and provide technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop technical designs for Navaids, Control Tower, Meteorological equipment specifications, Civil works requirements, and plans, negotiating practical feasible solutions with customers.
* Analyse and document customer needs and requirements, gaining final customer sign-off.
* Cordinate internal technical design through the offer phase and hand over to the Installation team for delivery.
* Provide technical engineering support to Sales/Bid teams, assessing customer technical requirements, reviewing equipment specifications, and liaising with manufacturers and subcontractors.
* Assess technical and budgetary feasibility of solutions.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders for all technical issues and inputs.
* Support project teams with equipment and subcontractor details.
* Produce engineering site drawings, schematics, and cable schedules for projects and sales teams.
Requirements:
* Strong technical knowledge of Airfield/Airport Ground Electronics and Aviation industry.
* Possession of CAD skills, preferably Visio.
* Experience in designing complex safety-critical solutions.
* Proven customer and stakeholder relationship management.
* Site management and Health and Safety experience.
* Background in Telecommunications/IT technologies desirable.
Estimated Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000 per annum
