BACKGROUND
Green Motion International is a fully franchised Car Rental provider that operates two distinct global brands, Green Motion and U-Save. The business has seen significant growth over the last 10 years and is now a major force in the leisure car rental market, with Franchise partners across the 2 brands in over 70 countries and over 700 locations. There is ambition to continue to grow the global reach of both brands.
Green Motion is an award-winning brand with a focus on driving high quality sustainable car rental. U-Save is a long established and well-respected brand, which has recently been completely revitalised to offer great value car rental to local and international markets. They are well connected with global travel platforms and brokers that drive significant volume. Both brands also operate a direct to consumer proposition that is an increasingly important part of the future strategy and growth.
This role sits as part of the in-house Marketing team that covers communications, events, design and all aspects of digital marketing across consumer marketing and our global franchise network.
MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER ROLE
This is a key position in the Marketing team supporting our B2C brands and our global franchise networks. The purpose of this role is to clearly communicate our brand propositions, engage consumers and to drive traffic to our platforms in a cost effective manner. It also plays an important role in supporting our Franchise network and ensuring that they amplify and enhance our brand messages in a consistent way.
This is a hands-on role where agility and a proactive attitude are critical. We're seeking an individual with strong consumer marketing experience across CRM, Social and Search. Ideally you will have worked for an e-commerce business/brand. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment so the ability manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously will be key to your success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· End to End campaign management across all direct to brand Channels, from ideation to implementation to measurement and analysis.
· Leadership and management of email and CRM activity, social media, search and online reputation
· Growing and engaging our customer, follower and subscriber databases
· Creation of customer facing content across our platforms such as landing pages, blogs, emails, posts working in close collaboration with in-house design team
· Creation of support materials and training for Franchisees
· Agency and supplier management
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Proven track record of success in building and managing end to end multi-channel marketing campaigns
* In-depth knowledge of CRM and search marketing best practice
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and optimise KPIs to drive program growth
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster strong partnerships with a diverse network of franchise partners and internal relationships.
* Ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies with clarity and impact.
* Proactive, results-oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to drive projects and initiatives independently.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
· Strong project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Extensive experience in using email and marketing automation platforms e.g. Mailchimp, Active Campaign or similar and content management systems
· Experience of building and executing social media plans and delivering, using scheduling tools & analytics programmes
· Search Marketing including running and managing search and social ads/listings
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Proficient in using Google Analytics (GA4 preferably)
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Experience of line management and /or managing agencies
Desireable
· Working knowledge of Adobe Suite
· B2B marketing experience
· Experience of working in the travel sector
