We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join our team in Bishop Auckland. This is an ongoing position involving general administration duties, inbox management, and answering calls.
Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
* Manage and organise electronic and paper documents.
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them when appropriate.
* Maintain office supplies and equipment.
* Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
* Support other team members as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administrative roles is preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
