We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide early intervention services in Northampton and Lehigh Counties. The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide services to children from birth to three years of age.
The pay range for this position is between $40-$45/hour.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist you will:
* Provide specific interventions and therapeutic strategies to increase developmental skills, including communication and oral-motor feeding skills of children who have been identified with developmental delays.
* Evaluate the developmental skills of infants and toddlers and provide written reports.
* Work with families and caregivers to identify priorities for their child and the family.
* Develop intervention plans based on family priorities.
* Utilize therapeutic strategies to address developmental delays of identified children.
* Train and support family/caregivers to attain outcomes established in intervention plans.
* Document daily activities of children and report on progress.
* Prepare materials for use with children/families.
* Maintain communication with the Early Intervention Director and all team members.
* Maintain positive communication with funders, other providers, and the public.
Position Requirements:
* Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
* PA Speech Therapy License is required.
* Certificate of Clinical Competency is required (CCC’s).
* Minimum one year of experience working with preschool children with disabilities and their families.
* Knowledge of typical infant/toddler development, developmental disabilities.
* Experience with sensory development, adaptive equipment, and strategies.
* Ability to interact positively and work with the team.
* Must have valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and appropriate vehicle insurance.
* Traveling within the community is required.
* Must have flexibility with schedule.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as ability to utilize agency databases.
* Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Must possess the ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks.
* Work in an office environment, within the community, and in community homes.
* Standing, sitting, lifting, and walking required daily.
* Must be flexible and able to adapt to a variety of environments.
