Our Client a leading Accountancy firm with Offices based in Crawley are looking for a HR Coordinator for the Onboarding Team.
Core duties will include:
5. The production and issuing of letters relating to any changes during the employee lifecycle such as family leave, promotions, reward, secondments and changes to terms and conditions
6. Full responsibility and management of the leaver process
7. Ensuring employee electronic records are accurate, complete and up to date
8. Assist in the administration of any ad hoc people projects
9. Be the first point of contact for all calls into the team, reallocating and/or actioning accordingly
10. Responsible for monitoring, responding to, and escalating all queries and enquiries received by the wider people team
11. Providing support to the wider team as and when required
Ideal candidates will have have following
12. Excellent attention to detail and ensuring accuracy of data.
13. Ability to prioritise work tasks effectively based on urgency and importance
14. Strong administration and organisation skills
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide consistent and professional support
16. Enthusiasm and proactiveness to continually evolve and develop to deliver a “best in class” service
17. Digital-first mindset and ability to think creatively
18. Experience of working within an HR department, providing first line HR advice and support is desirable
19. Experience of working as part of a team and independently
Flexible Working
Our client also has flexible working, so could work at home for most of the time, with a visit to the office on occasion.
