We are looking for a Staff Programme Manager to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art facility in Tewkesbury. This role is pivotal in managing multiple large-scale development programs, ensuring they meet our high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
Principal Accountabilities Include:
* Program Management: Lead and coordinate all program activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and manage master schedules in collaboration with Manufacturing and Engineering teams.
* Communication: Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, facilitating effective communication to resolve issues.
* Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports to management and customers, highlighting program progress and risks.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Minimum Qualifications to be Considered:
* Experience: Minimum of 6 years in program management or 10 years in a customer-facing management role.
* Skills: Strong project management, financial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and lead successful teams.
* Education: Degree in engineering or business-related field preferred (but not essential); professional project management certifications are a plus.
