Accounts AssistantMorgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a growing, well established SME business based in the Redhill, Surrey area. The Accounts Assistant will experience working in a similar Finance Assistant - Bookkeeping type role. The Accounts Assistant will support with everyday transactional accounting, processing invoices, month end, accounts payable, credit control etc.
Hours: 8-5 / Mon - Fri
Salary: up to £35K dependent on experience
Location: Office based, Redhill. Parking onsite
Accounts Assistant duties:
1. Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivables ledger and process
2. Monitor and review the P&L
3. Payment runs
4. Credit control, reviewing the debtor reports
5. Raising and sending out invoices
6. Month end / year end process
7. Bank reconciliations
8. Supplier statements
9. VAT returns
10. Producing financial reports for management
Skills and experience:
11. Proven experience working in a Finance, Accounts Assistant, accounting - bookkeeping type role
12. Excellentmunication skills both verbally and written
13. Good IT skills using systems such as; Excel and accounting software Sage
