SEN Teacher - Wisbech
Permanent, Full-Time – Starting January 2025 or sooner
A highly reputable SEMH/SEN school group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join the permanent staff at their Wisbech site. This outstanding school group specializes in providing tailored education for children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as other Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, personalized learning plans to pupils with diverse SEN/SEMH needs.
* Foster a positive, nurturing environment to support emotional well-being and educational progress.
* Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies to maximize student outcomes.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience working within SEN/SEMH settings, ideally with children aged 7-16.
* Strong understanding of strategies to support pupils with additional needs.
* Excellent communication and behavior management skills.
* A passion for inclusive education and making a lasting impact on vulnerable learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
