Job Description
Purpose of the role:
As the Global CRM Content Editor, you are responsible for generating and developing written communication for our global CRM deliveries that drive customer engagement and increase sales.
What will you do?
* Produce engaging on-brand copy and content items for global CRM journeys and various channels (email, SMS WhatsApp, push notifications etc) in an efficient manner.
* Responsible for CRM copywriting, coordinating with global/local teams, managing deadline document.
* Collaborate with the CRM team to understand the target audience and create copy that resonates with them and delivers strong click-through rates, engagement, and conversion.
* Create and analyze A/B tests for subject lines, CTAs, driven to continuously improve CRM communication performance.
* Edit content in SFMC according to specs.
* Involved in ad-hoc projects developing ideas and copywriting for different features, launches and tools communicated in CRM.
