A manufacturer of industry recognised “best in class” capital equipment for the construction industry, is now seeking a Production Supervisor to take control of their small facility in Nuneaton. In its heyday this company was classed as a medium SME, supplying its’ products to businesses on a global scale, with a large portion used in the development of Dubai. They have a plan to get back to those days, but they need your help.
Reporting into the board, you will be tasked with ensuring this facility can cope with the growth expected from a newly formed, active sales and marketing team. Shop floor standards have slipped, so this challenging role will suit someone who is not afraid of getting their hands dirty. They have complete manufacturing abilities, with a number of Mazak CNC Machines; Turning, Milling, Drilling, 3-axis, as well as CMM machines and Presses.
Some of the main responsibilities of this Production Supervisor are listed below:
1. The conductor of their production orchestra: Overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from scheduling and inventory management to quality control and delivery.

The ideal Production Supervisor will have:
6. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
