35-40 hours per week including evenings and weekends with flexible shifts.

What you’ll be doing as a Duty Manager
We are now seeking a Duty Manager to enhance our team, and help us be the best at what we do.
You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the front of house team, be knowledgeable about all the products on offer in tha bar and restaurant areas and be able to make recommendations and upsell. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day.
With a passion for hospitality you will be able to supervise in a team focused environment. You will have the ability to give clear direction, delegate and adapt to change. You will also be extremely organised and have strong decision-making skills.
Your Pub
The Fletcher Moss is a fantastic haven tucked away in Didsbury next to the tram stop. With a large bar area and fantastic beer garden and patio, it is a pub that is never quiet. Live sports are also at the heart of this site with a mixture of students and regulars alike.
