You will be responsible for all activities in a larger kitchen and its surrounds connected with the provision of a catering service, including the provision of transported meals.
You will be motivated and enthusiastic in leading a team to provide an effective and efficient customer service to high standard.
Applicants must have previous large scale catering experience and hold an REHIS intermediate food hygiene certificate or equivalent, previous supervisory experience and a catering /professional cookery qualification is desirable.
You will work 30 hours per week on a term time basis Monday to Friday 7.30am - 2.30pm.
This post is temporary until March to cover a period of sickness.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
