Job Summary
We are seeking a pro-active individual to join our team as an Events Assistant.
This role offers the opportunity to further develop your career within the events industry, working with a passionate and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong client relationships through effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
* Organise the packaging process for sending out tickets for scheduled events.
* Manage customer experience, resolving queries and complaints.
* Attend events on behalf of Imperial Corporate Events, ensuring a positive client experience and managing special requirements or stipulations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience working with Excel, data export, mail merge, and Microsoft Office packages.
* Excellent attention to detail and face-to-face client management experience.
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Working Arrangements
