QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in hospitality technology and overall experience of 10 years Technical Knowledge Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Simphony POS system configuration and integration with enterprise systems. Strong understanding of hospitality system architecture, integration protocols, and business process modeling. Working knowledge of testing methodologies is essential. Business Domain Expertise In-depth understanding of hospitality operations, including F&B processes, financial controls, and revenue management principles. PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES: Leadership and Communication Must demonstrate excellent stakeholder management abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives is essential. Problem Solving and Analysis Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to solve complex business problems through technology solutions. Must be able to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
