Ideal Candidate
1. Experience as a Store Manager or Leader within fast-paced, hands-on Retail or Hospitality is essential
2. Motivated by results, be excited by achieving high standards and excel in delivering excellent customer service
3. Possess a high attention to detail, understand company procedures and be naturally able to deliver clear instructions
4. Store Managers need to be open to travelling within a 45 minute radius of your home location and other locally commutable stores
5. A pro-active, solution focused Store Manager, able to prioritise, delegate and develop a team driven to achieve specific targets
The Role – Key Responsibilities
6. Manage, recruit and develop a team for a household name, renowned for value, maximising sales and maintaining high standards
7. Ensure all processes/ procedures are adhered to and all compliance is managed professionally
8. Set and implement tasks to ensure the team deliver effective service, stock management and customer flow
9. Deliver and maximise exceptional sales results through managing waste, shrinkage and payroll
10. Develop colleague’s knowledge of products within the store and ensure they live the Aldi brand values
