Are you an organised and self-motivated individual with excellent administrative skills? Our client based in Bispham, Blackpool, is currently seeking an Admin Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a part-time role that offers the opportunity for long-term career growth.
As an Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our client's business. You will be responsible for a variety of general administration tasks, including HR management, monthly income consolidation, fleet management, and complaints management. Additionally, you will have the chance to work closely with various stakeholders and provide essential administrative support.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the office is well-supplied and purchases are made on a necessary basis
Provide personal assistance to the Operations & Business Support Manager
Act as a central point of contact for staff support
Manage the vehicle fleet, including monitoring fuel and telematics
Assist with the management of vehicle repairs and servicing
Identify and implement improvements to current systems
Maintain and update central documentation, such as HR files and leave records
Support IT purchases and provide assistance with IT issues
Prepare monthly KPI and income reports for clients
Complete office routine tasks, such as fire alarm checks and first aid kit replenishments
Assist with ordering consumables and parts as needed
Central management of PPE/Tools
Resolve complaints in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation
Conduct drivers licence compliance checks
Work with the Head of HR & Compliance to ensure up-to-date training recordsSkills and Abilities:

Advanced IT skills (training provided if required)
