Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and Estimation:
o Prepare comprehensive designs and cost estimates for Extra-Low Voltage (ELV), ICT, and
security systems including but not limited to CCTV, Access Control Systems, Structured Cabling,
IPTV & SMATV, Telephony Systems, Gate Barrier Systems, and Audio-Video Intercom Systems.
o Interpret and analyze client-provided drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with
project requirements.
o Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from Initial For Construction (IFC) drawings and manage
estimates using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
2. SIRA Compliance:
o Ensure that all designs comply with SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) regulations and
successfully pass inspections as per SIRA law.
3. Client Engagement:
o Collaborate closely with the sales team to support commercial and technical discussions with
clients, leading to successful project bids.
o Attend pre-sales meetings and deliver presentations to clients alongside account representatives.
o Maintain strong business relationships with leading vendors in the security and low current system
industry.
4. Project Management:
o Engage in project planning, tracking, monitoring, and documentation.
o Submit detailed weekly reports on all ongoing projects, highlighting any escalations and projectbased cost savings.
o Provide on-site supervision, installation, and commissioning of assigned ELV & ICT projects.
5. Technical Expertise:
o Handle the design, troubleshooting, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV and ICT
systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, IPTV & SMATV, Telephony, Gate
Barriers, Audio Video Intercom, and Biometric Attendance Management systems.
o Ensure system configurations meet client specifications and operational requirements.
6. Client & Consultant Coordination:
o Attend clarification meetings with clients and consultants to resolve queries and ensure alignment
on technical and design expectations.
o Engage with various vendors to secure optimal solutions and incorporate their systems into project
designs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, ICT, or related fields.
Proven experience in ELV, ICT, and security systems design and estimation.
Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Strong knowledge of SIRA regulations and industry standards.
Familiarity with CRM and project management software.
Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
Hands-on experience with leading ELV and security system vendors.
Strong background in BOQ preparation, estimation, and project cost management.
Experience in system troubleshooting, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems.
