Planned Maintenance Electrician - Wokingham
FULL TIME – 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £39,500 (subject to knowledge and experience)
Potential Earnings: Up to £42,500 (subject to knowledge and experience)

Due to our continuous growth, Corrigenda is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated electrical engineer to carry out a broad range of planned electrical tasks across Surrey and the surrounding regions.
The work will be predominantly in commercial properties in the education, private, and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
1. Carry out planned and fault diagnostic work to various lighting and power distribution systems.
2. Work at height to carry out planned maintenance repairs on lights in halls, lobby areas, and streetlights (All necessary equipment/training will be provided).
3. Complete remedial works identified during the PPM visit if possible.
4. Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.
5. Work flexible hours to suit business requirements.
6. Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, other engineers, end users on site, and the general public at all times.
7. Work effectively on your own or as part of a team to ensure we meet our client contract expectations.
8. Collaborate with other engineers and site staff to arrange site access to required working areas.
9. Support other resources as required with a flexible approach.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:
Essential:
1. A suitable City and Guilds or equivalent NVQ qualification.
2. NVQ Level 3 / AM2 in relevant Electrical discipline (or equivalent experience).
3. 18th Edition.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Ability to work well on your own or as part of a team.
7. Be able to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation.
8. Full UK driving licence.
9. Pass DBS / Police background checks for working in schools / Police stations.
Desirable:
1. Test & Inspection Qualification.
2. Experience in a similar role and working sectors.
3. A basic knowledge and understanding of heating and ventilation controls would be an advantage.
