Location: Reading/Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1700
Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:
As a Legal/Conveyancing Assistant at Pinnacle Property Management, you will:
Completing LPE1 Sales Packs.
Liaising with Property Managers in dealing with Sales pack Queries.
Monitoring of incoming payments and raising invoices using Sage.
Issuing Notice of Transfers, Certificates of Compliances etc.
Company Secretarial Duties.
Liaising with Credit Control with regard to sales in progress.
Liaising with Accounts Department regarding change of Ownership and correspondence details. Other duties as required.
