We are ideally looking for someone in the Recruiter role:
Highly motivated
Self-driven
Happy to make lots of phone calls to get hold of people and to keep persevering.
Ideally will have a Recruitment background, but Sales experience will also be considered
Used to achieving targets and exceeding them
Wants to learn and develop in Recruitment and has a passion to grow in a small family run business. You do not have to have Healthcare or Education experience for this role, as full training will be provided.
In return we will put together an exceptional package to help motivate you as a Recruiter:
Negotiable Salary + Commission (OTE 32K in the first year)
37.5 Hour permanent contract week Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm but sure recruiters are sometimes expected to work extra when the need arises. This is not currently a hybrid role

Building relationships with new and existing clients and account management
Opportunity to win new business for the company, occasionally going to trade shows as well.
