Job Title:SEN Teaching Assistant

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day care and support for children and young people in a residential setting, helping them with daily routines.
2. Assist individuals with PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism in achieving their personal goals and promoting independence.
3. Foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment that values equality and respect.
4. Facilitate social and life skills development through activities and outings.
5. Help with personal care and be involved in physical interventions when necessary.

11. Have excellent communication skills, especially when working with young people with specific communication needs.
12. Hold a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent).
13. Are eager to undertake further qualifications, fully funded by us.
