3. Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
4. Supporting the creation of financial reports and statements
5. Maintaining the integrity of financial records
6. Contributing to the development of financial procedures and policies
7. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
8. Collaborating with other team members to achieve department goals
9. Assisting with audits and financial inspections
10. Providing input for financial decision-making processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Officer should have:
11. An educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field
12. Proven experience in a finance role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector
13. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
14. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
15. Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to department objectives
