Westwood Associates is an established IT supplier of computer hardware, software and services (trading for over 35 years) to the business sector as well as education establishments. We provide consultancy to customers wanting to improve their IT infrastructure and take pride in building relationships with our customers.
Day-to-day Activity:
* Speaking to customers.
* Taking 1st Line support calls and logging them
* Installing and repairing hardware from laptops to servers
* To assist in development of Westwood’s Sales offerings in the technical team.
* Achieving given targets and to work with self-driven motivation and professionalism.
* To work as part of the Westwood team and be a team player.
