You will be responsible for the execution of the operational and back-office support tasks required to administer the delivery of timely and compliant payroll services, credit control and finance administration, as well as generally contributing to the effective running of the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Addition of new starters to Sage Payroll
2. Request bibles weekly and highlighting any issues identified.
3. Checking timesheets from Clients and resolving any issues identified
4. Processing of weekly and monthly payroll information into sage and production of payslips and reporting information.
5. Processing of CIS payroll including submissions to umbrella companies and payment.
6. Regular back up of the payroll system
7. Distribution of payslips
8. Uploading of BACS to bank and request authorisation of payments
9. Submission of invoice totals to the CID facility.
10. Copying of timesheets and invoices as necessary.
11. Dealing with queries
12. Updating of payroll and invoicing spreadsheets
13. Highlighting of recurring issues
14. Pension administration of staff and worker contributions
15. Issuing of pension invoices
16. Issuing P45’s for leavers and updating sage records as necessary
