Job Description
The role of Multi-Product Sales Advisor is really important to us. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing fuel customers with the objective of cross selling our other core products to increase the revenue per customer and reduce attrition.
We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Sales office (CW1 6EG) working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
Deliver a slick customer experience for our existing accounts
Making a high number of outbound telephone calls alongside responding to Inbound calls and emails
Promoting/showing our self-service portal to new customers and explaining our other products to our existing customers
Create working relationships with colleagues within other divisions
Articulate challenges and opportunities to the Head of Multi-Product Sales
What do we expect of you?
New business sales / account management experience.
Ability to understand and discuss a variety of different products and business areas.
Strong communication skills.
Good organisation skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
