Qualification

1. Numerate and English literate to Level 2
2. Level 3 Cleaning & Support Services
Experience
Essential criteria
3. Cleaning line Management/ supervisory experience within a hospital, hotel or cleaning company
Technical Skills Competencies
Essential criteria
4. Computer skills- Data entry, process text & store date, Microsoft software
5. Ability to assess competence in staff, and able to train staff
Knowledge
Essential criteria
6. Knowledge of COSHH
Desirable criteria
7. Previous experience of cleaning machinery i.e. scrubber drier, buffers.
Interpersonal skills
Essential criteria
8. Good organisational and planning skills
9. Able to prioritise workload to defined time scale and ability work under pressure.
