You'll need to have:
* Established experience in built environment and with projects.
* Understanding of different procurement routes and types and forms of contract.
* Basic understanding of Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) stages.
* Able to respond to all client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
* Communicate & present to project team on programme drivers, goals & issues, etc.
* Listen effectively and probe for new and diverse ideas.
* Working towards professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI).
* Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.
You'll also have:
* Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
* Extensive experience in the successful planning of projects and programmes in the consult sector.
* Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
* Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
* Understanding of contract administration.
* Exposure to the principles or use of different types of contracts.
* Effective decision-making skills.
* Ability to challenge constructively.
* Management skills.
* Relevant degree in the built environment, business/management studies, etc., or NVQ level 3.
