We are currently looking for a passionate Back of House Manager, to join our Stewarding on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Back of House Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
To oversee and take responsibility for the entire Stewarding daily operations, keeping the Executive Chef updated of all changes implemented.
Ensure your team members are fully trained to be able to complete their duties on a daily basis and to conduct/ organise any training required with relevant documentation to support.
To complete a weekly rota ensuring it reflects business needs and is in the line with working time directive
Complete Health & Safety monthly checks to ensure our H&S folder is fully up to date for stewarding.
Conduct and oversee 4/8/12 week reviews, within deadline for all stewards.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
