2. Support the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and all kitchen team members with daily tasks to ensure readiness for service
3. Maintain and execute all kitchen preparation tasks with the highest possible standards of accuracy and in a timeliness
4. Assist in daily setup and break down of the kitchen as requested while taking excellent care of the equipment and facilities
5. Consistently uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
6. Participate in teamwork and foster a harmonious working climate
7. Embrace change and deliver top results no matter the obstacle
OUR REQUIREMENTS
8. + years of relative experience in hospitality industry
9. Follow COSHH and HACCP regulations
10. Basic food hygiene and allergens awareness
11. Strong knife skills and experience on hot and cold line
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
13. Work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast paced environment
14. Contribute ideas, take ownership and go beyond responsibilities to ensure the success of the team
15. Legal right to work in the UK
16. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
