Location: Bridgend, South Wales
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Per Annum
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: 5 days a week 9am to 5.30pm, Flexible hours between 8am – 6pm

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic cloud focussed specialist with a passion for customer service with previous experience of working within the ICT sector, preferably in an IT Delivery or IT Manager role.
You will be responsible for Leading a team of IT delivery engineers.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment where team morale and culture are paramount.
2. Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to support the ongoing professional development of team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
3. Champion a customer-centric approach to service delivery, ensuring that customer satisfaction is prioritised in all interactions and that the team is empowered to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
4. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals, providing strategic guidance and recommending technology solutions that align with their objectives.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for service enhancements and innovations that will benefit both our clients and our team.
6. Work closely with our IT Project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
7. Work alongside the IT delivery engineers to deliver IT projects. (Typical projects include Email migrations, Firewall installations, Email Threat Protection implementation),
8. Create documentation and knowledge base articles to assist users in resolving common issue.
9. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with end-users.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Job Experience Required:
11. Have an ICT background within an MSP with experience of leading a team.
12. Solid experience in customer service (excellent verbal and written communication skills required).
13. Technical expertise in IT infrastructure and systems administration, with proficiency in networking, security, and cloud technologies
14. Essential experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Veeam
15. Loves working as part of a team.
16. Comfortable with using CRM’s and documentation solutions
17. Holds a Full UK valid driving license
