As an IT Support Technician, your responsibilities will include…
* Provide remote/onsite line support for hardware, software, and network issues
* Maintain networks, servers, desktops, and virtual server environments
* Build and upgrade PC components to optimise performance
* Manage user and email accounts on Office 365 and Google Apps
* Work across Microsoft Server, Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android systems
* Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions effectively
We’re looking for an IT Support Technician with the following skills and experience…
* A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar IT Support Technician/helpdesk position
* Experience with monitoring/maintaining systems and networks
* Ability to install and configure systems & diagnose hardware/software faults
* Confident in walking clients through troubleshooting steps
* Experience in re-fitting/replacing client hardware and supporting updates and rollouts
* A clean UK Enhanced DBS check and full UK driving license, with access to own vehicle
In return, the successful IT Support Technician will receive a salary of £22,000 to £27,000, plus the following benefits…
