Senior Associate, Training Creation & Delivery - Sanctions Operations

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Training Creation & Delivery - Sanctions Operations to join our Sanctions Operations (Global Operations) team. This role is located in Manchester, UK - On site.
Responsibilities:
* Using pre-existing skills in training others ensuring consistent alignment with policies & procedures
* Influencing the thoughts & actions of others through tried and tested communication skills, including presenting to audiences both in person and virtually
* Liaising with management on new & emerging training requirements for their teams
* Developing new & enhancing existing training material for delivery to our teams by yourself or team-mates
* Offering actionable, performance-based feedback to trainees
* Keeping up to date with the latest standards, trends & tools available to deliver best in class training to our teams
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 4+ years' experience in the finance industry, including operations & global economic sanctions
* Advanced communication skills with a track record of communicating at all levels of an organization
* Experience of constructing training plans & providing feedback to trainees
* Prior hands-on experience with the development of training material is essential
* No managerial experience required, but will be advantageous
