Operations Manager
OTE £40,000 to £60,000 + optional Equity package
Our client is one of the UK’s leading IT refurbishment companies helping businesses, schools and public sector organisations across the UK access high-quality, carbon-neutral IT hardware at 60% of the cost of new equipment.
They are looking for a motivated individual who has extensive experience in product related manufacturing or production. This is a critical hire for our client to deliver improvements in their key operational areas while they expand into new markets.
As the Operations Manager, your purpose will be to deliver all aspects of service delivery giving exceptional experience to their customers, serving them efficiently and effectively, while managing the wider business needs and commitments.
As the Operations Manager you are responsible for:
* Overseeing the effective management of production, inventory and order delivery.
* Closely managing inventory control through materials receipt, storage, production and dispatch.
* Tightly managing a schedule of production and dispatch using trackable measures.
* Reporting to the MD and senior team on performance against target.
* Devising and operating a strategic improvement program with monthly and quarterly reviews.

* Three candidates will then be invited to meet the team and visit their operations facility in Livingston.
This is a full-time role with on target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000 with equity included for the right candidate. Other benefits include a laptop, mobile phone and free parking.
