Your Role as Nursery Manager
As our Nursery Manager, you will:
* Lead and Inspire: Guide a dedicated team to create a stimulating and caring environment for children.
* Curriculum Leadership: Oversee and maintain a high standard of education and development within the nursery.
* Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and the local community.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare.
* Experience: Proven experience as a Nursery Manager with a record of strong leadership.
* Skills: Exceptional communication and team management abilities.
* Knowledge: Solid understanding of safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
* Passion: A genuine dedication to early childhood education and development.
