We have an exciting opportunity to join our Home Tribe in our Product & Commercial Strategy Squad, on a full-time permanent basis. As a valued member of the Tribe, you will be responsible for helping our Strengthen Value Stream to deliver business objectives through effective stakeholder engagement, change management, product management, analysis of customer and market insight, and identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
What you'll be doing
1. Working in the Product & Commercial Strategy Team to support delivery of our Home Trading & Product Roadmap with specific team missions and support delivery of customer and commercial outcomes.
2. Strong and indepth understanding of trading MI to initiate, develop and deploy test & learn trading initiatives to drive improvements in our commercial performance for both Price Comparison Websites and direct channels.
3. Participate in trading meetings with matrix managed stakeholders to articulate current performance trends and identify potential risks and suggest appropriate trading responses.
4. Lead on financial aspects such as budgeting, planning, commercial trading and business case production, managing trades-offs between customer and commercial outcomes and strategies.
5. Shape and align the trading and product strategy and roadmap across key channels including Digital, PCWs and Operations.
6. Identify customer problems and eradicate pain points across end to end experience aligning our proposition to brand values.
7. Identify and drive new product development opportunities in line with consumer demand and overall DLG strategy.
8. Build deep understanding of regulatory landscape and identify implications on business models, products and processes.
9. Actively seek out and bring the ‘voice of the customer’ into all squad activities ensuring customer outcomes are considered and customer best interests’ rules are adhered to when decisions are made.
10. Be aware of and comply with the rules and requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and any other legal/regulatory/risk management frameworks, keeping abreast of any changes.
Who you'll be working with
This role will be reporting directly to the Head Of Churchill and Privilege in our Home Tribe and working in the Product & Commercial Strategy Team, you’ll be responsible for helping our Home products to deliver outstanding customer and commercial outcomes and management of business opportunities that helps us achieve the Home Product Roadmap .
