Visualsoft is seeking an experienced Paid Search professional to join as a Paid Search Account Director...could that be you?
This position can be based on a hybrid basis at either our Stockton or Manchester City Centre offices.
As Paid Search Account Director, you will be responsible and accountable for the success and delivery of Visualsoft's Paid Search service. You will own a portfolio of key to mid-level Paid Search clients and become the go-to key relationship stakeholder for Paid Search. Relationships and client centricity are crucial as your key objective is to grow your portfolio's return, ensuring the Paid Search product/service is innovative, efficient, and delivered to the highest possible quality.
Alongside this, you may be required to help with training sessions for the wider department and company while also assisting the Head of Department and Seniors to maintain strong Partner Relationships.
What you will be doing:
You will lead the effective execution of the clients' portfolio on all pertinent platforms of the product/service, continuously striving to achieve the clients' objectives and targets.
By leveraging our partnerships with industry leaders such as Google, Microsoft, and Shoptimised, and staying up-to-date with the latest 'best in class' technology, the Paid Search Account Director will prioritize the client's needs and adjust strategies with a proactive and strategic approach.
Strategy and impeccable execution are key to the role, ensuring that clients benefit from the Paid Search service and have a clear and transparent view of the work carried out.
Key responsibilities are:
* Overall responsibility for client portfolio relationship
* Overall responsibility for client portfolio retention
* Overall responsibility for client portfolio happiness, measured by NPS & CSAT
* Maintain the highest standards of Paid Search implementation and execution
* Continuously strive to produce the highest results for Visualsoft clients via Paid Search
* Coach, mentor, and train other Visualsoft staff members to produce the highest quality of work for our clients
* Constantly strive to improve and maintain processes and procedure documents
* Be the go-to within your client portfolio for all things Paid Search
* Identify and execute client training, raising the understanding of Paid Search where required
* Maintain and increase efficiency of the execution and implementation of Paid Search across your client portfolio
* Develop the service offering to maintain best in class standard
* Be responsible for the commercial growth of the client portfolio
* Identify and assist with sales and upsell opportunities within your portfolio
* Handle and prepare strategy documentation within your portfolio
* Maintain expert knowledge at the forefront of Paid Search
* Stay up to date with emerging tech and trends
* Manage a portfolio of mid-tier clients
* Delegate tasks to the Executive pool where required
Requirements
This role requires someone who is passionate about digital marketing and achieving exceptional results for our clients.
What we'd like to see:
* Experience either agency or client-side specializing in Paid Search
* Experience of Paid Search management
* Experience in external Paid Search platforms and tools, analytics, forecasting, and measurement
* Experience in building and executing Paid Search strategies, whether in-house or for clients
* Experience of ownership of client financials and how that relates to VS commercials
* Experience in taking responsibility for both client and team performance, emphasizing opportunities to improve both and taking action to address underperformance
* Ability to work to tight deadlines as a team and as an individual
* Strong experience in a client-facing paid media role
* Experience in leading strategic client meetings using strong presentation skills
* Analytical and data-driven
* Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to, and engage, audiences
* Ability to understand complex information and relay it to clients in an effective and understandable way
* Great organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
* A commitment to personal development and learning
