Are you seeking a new permanent opportunity to provide support to adults with mental health issues?
We are working with one of the UK's largest mental health charities who offer and provide a range of services including crisis, supported housing and residential services. Recovery Worker is required to work at one of their crisis services for adults with mental health.
The role:
1. To support the people using the service to help them to achieve their life goals
2. Work with individuals managing a case load of clients, to help support on a 1-1 basis
3. Work to person centred plans with positive outcomes to help meet the individual's aspirations
4. Ensure risk assessments are created and implemented
5. Signpost the people being supported to other services where additional support is needed
6. Work within the team to ensure the service is ran smoothly

What we need from you:
12. Strong values with a positive, enthusiastic and friendly approach
13. Experience of working with people with a mental health issue is ideal but not essential.
14. A calm, patient and resilient nature
15. The ability to work well in a team and also using own initiative
16. Willingness to learn and develop.
17. Flexible to work day shifts which may include 8-4pm, 10-6pm, 2-10pm and occasional weekends
18. Flexible to be part of the 'back-up' on call process ( extra pay for the days worked)
