Pearson Carter is working with a leading Microsoft Partner who is looking to hire a D365 BC Support Consultant to join their growing team and deliver high level 2nd line support. They are offering a salary of up to £45,000 + benefits, including 25 days holiday, and the opportunity to work on a fully remote basis.

The Role
* Support customer with D365 BC issues and resolve problems for users.
* Deliver great customer service and technical support to customers.
* Deliver high level 2nd line support.
* Collaborate with 3rd Line Support/Development Teams.
The Candidate
* Must have over 4+ years in a D365 BC Support consultant role.
* Must have MS Partner background.
* Must have experience delivering high level 2nd line support.
* Experience across: Advanced Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, Log Analysis, Issue Resolution for Customization and Extensions, Configuration Support, User Permissions and Security, Customization Support, Data Migration.
Salary
This role offers a salary up to £45,000 + benefits, including:
Benefits 25 days + bank holidays on top and Company Pension Contribution – 4%
Location
This role is fully remote. The offices are based in Surrey, it is not required though there may be some travel to the office.
